If you’ve been hankering for a visit from GY!BE, then you’re in luck. The Montreal post-rock band will not only be playing in Calgary as part of this year’s Sled Island festival, they’ll be this year’s special guest curators.
Last year’s guest curator was Kathleen Hanna, who while unable to attend due to illness, was at least in part responsible for the appearance of acts like Screaming Females and Roman Polanski’s Baby.
